These sessions are 2 hr power sessions that cover exactly your individual needs to get you on your way with confidence.
Candace will use her expertise with somatic’s, breath and coaching to support you into alignment with your vision and intentions to bring your creative endeavour to LIFE.

These 1:1 sessions are designed to explore the depths of your passions, creativity and business ideas as you navigate and weave your motherhood journey as an extension of who you are. It isn’t about denying your role, but to deeply integrate the two aspects of your life.
When I first became a mother at 22, I over identified with being a mum and used it as an excuse not to pursue any of my passions, explore my creativity and expand my capacity in career and business. This then slowly started to change as I had more children. Using breath work to make the life I live now possible. Running a business for the last 5 years along with homeschooling my 3 children and about to birth my fourth babe.
If you are sitting on a project and are wondering “how the f am I going to make it happen?!” Whilst immersed in your motherhood role, this is for you.
