  • This style of breathwork is gentle and parasympathetic activating. It is very restorative and perfect for beginners and advanced.

  • Your breath work practice will take 15-20minutes a day. With the option to share your intention, breath work experience and receive daily coaching by Candace.

  • This program is self-directed by you for your daily practice along with weekly live calls. Everything can be accessible in one location on Whats app and the live calls will be on Zoom.

  • You will need to have Whats App downloaded for the community access for all the videos, prompts and recordings from the lives.

    You will also need zoom to download for the lives.

  • This style of breath work is called rebirthing breath work mastery which is a nasal restorative and parasympathetic breath. Very gentle and conscious breath to unwind stored stress in your body.
