The Expander is giving you an opportunity to do things you have never felt strong enough to do before. It is your of out of your comfort zone experiences that you have always wanted to do but haven’t given yourself the permission to lean all the way in and GROW.

Finally creating the space for what will direct your life into the version of yourself, you have always dreamed of becoming. 

Step by step you will action the visions that have been sitting in the back of your mind. Step by step you will be clearing what is getting in the way of you living your most expansive life.

This 8-week journey is all about ACTIONING and LIVING out your soul expanders.

You will be creating your very own expander list to explore and execute bucket list dreams whilst clearing the limiting decisions that arise using the creative process of Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery and your Inner Archetypes to remember and LIVE your most authentic, courageous and expanded life.

You literally canNOT go back to who you were before this course.

Let’s talk expanders because you are probably thinking what are expanders?

Your expanders are visions that you dream up and craft within your mind. They are the clear and actionable steps that become the gateway to your new life. The version of yourself where your authenticity can self actualise and bring all of your intentions into fruition. They are the meaningful and fulfilling purposeful life altering decisions and moves that make you reflect and say “wow, that was the most transformative experience”.

Expanders ARE…

  • Bucket list dreams that you are finally actioning

  • Growth stretching tasks

  • Physical manifestations of your internal freedom

    • Trust building momentum reference points of possbility

    • New skills that ignite passion, energy and vitality

    • Your birth rite and access to your creative life force that is present and available to you

    • They are the things you constantly create, think and envision in your mind but haven’t actioned in real life

You will get this opportunity to create your very own Expander List with support of practices to confidently and clearly identify what they are.

Now, you are probably thinking…. why and how?

Well, we have the secret weapon which is Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery to free yourself on a cellular level, choosing how your life gets to be from changing at the level of your body. We will also be using the Inner Archetypes that are parts within

Each week we will be using Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery to unwind the stored stress in your nervous system, expand your capacity for life and rewire deep core beliefs that interrupt your execution of your expanders. Then throughout the week you will be living your expanders and having real life change happening. Those pinch me moments! “IS THIS MY LIFE?”

Because the thing is… You are not just clearing the limiting beliefs that are stored in your body through an electromagnetic charge in your nervous system, you are then taking action and ticking off your expanders each week. You are showing up for the Inner and outer work simultaneously. Because our energy moves in a receiving and giving movement. It will reflect the baseline and standard we believe and therefore create for ourselves.

This program is going to support you to clear and integrate. Anchor and strengthen. To create the support, safety and trust you need in order to do things scared. Do things when you have no idea how it is going to turn out. Doing the things that the most authentic and non-apologetic part of you would be doing. It is now your time.

What is included:

This 8 week journey will be within an intimate small group.

  • Weekly 3 hour Expander Sessions that includes a 90 minute Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Breathwork. The process of intention setting, support, the Breathwork and then debriefing and linking the session to what is happening in life.

  • Creating your own EXPANDER LIST. This will be through a masterclass where we explore your Inner Archetypes and through a practice identify what you will be actioning along side your breath.

  • Community Connection Chat - This will be held in What’s app where you will have the space to plug into and share what has been happening for you. Keeping yourself accountable when executing your expanders.

  • BONUS : The Expander Handbook - Giving you insight into how your Inner Archetypes within, can be the gateway into freeing yourself.

What you’ll notice as you move through The Expander:

  • Clear, courage-fueled momentum: weekly actions that compound into tangible life shifts.

  • A calmer, more resilient nervous system: rebirthing breath work that supports creativity, focus, and ease under pressure.
